General conditions

1. Payment

The amount corresponding to the reservation must be paid 5 days before the scheduled check-in date. To facilitate payment, we will send the customer a secure payment link to the email address provided at the time of booking. 

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they receive this link and complete the payment within the established deadline.

Important: If the payment for the reservation is not completed within the indicated deadline, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.


2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: The customer may cancel the reservation without penalty up to 72 hours before the scheduled arrival date. 

Refund: If the cancellation is made within the free cancellation period, the full amount paid will be refunded

Late cancellations: If the cancellation is requested less than 72 hours before the arrival date, no refund will be issued

No-show: If the guest does not arrive at the accommodation on the scheduled date and has not communicated the cancellation within the stipulated timeframe, it will be considered a late cancellation and no refund will be granted.


3. Additional Notes

Modifications: Any modification to the reservation dates or conditions will be subject to availability and may result in changes to the final price. 

Specific conditions: Some promotional packages or special rates may have different payment and cancellation conditions, which will be communicated to the customer at the time of booking. 

Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for the reservation and for reviewing and accepting the conditions before completing the payment.
